Four Turkish companies and an offer to acquire 15% of shares and brand Heuliez MIA. What disappoint the employees and management of the supplier. It is finally the proposal made by the Turkish businessman Alphan Manas, associated to the opportunity to Inci Aku, a Turkish producer of batteries and B Plas, a manufacturer (also Turkish) of plastic components for automobiles. The investment would also be realized by Manas Energy Investments, a partnership between Alphan Manas and Murat G?nak (a German designer of Turkish origin who designed the MIA Heuliez).

Alphan Manas request a seat on the board. More importantly, the MIA is produced Cerizay, while new electric cars would be drawn in Turkey. The Turkish consortium also stipulates that "Heuliez experience in the field of electric cars has concerned".

This proposal does not solve the financing problems of Heuliez payday loan lenders. Alphan Manas does not specify the amounts to be invested. A 100%, he should have provided 16 million. At 15%, it seems illogical not to bet on a proposal for 2.4 million euros, plus a few hundred thousand euros for the acquisition of the brand. The Industry Minister Christian Estrosi has also indicated Wednesday that he considers the proposal "inadequate." "The government should consider other issues that could supplement the supply," he said.

The Turkish consortium in fact leaves the door open to other investors, particularly private equity funds and management. He does not clearly a contribution of Strategic Investment Fund (ISF). Alphan Manas believes that this arrangement should allow Heuliez to begin to reap orders.
